I am happy to report that I was more than pleased with the delivery arrangements. I was contacted on Monday informing me of the delivery date, I confirmed that this date was ok. I then received a text confirming that my order had been loaded onto the lorry.  I was also informed that the delivery driver would contact me on the day of delivery with an expected time of arrival. This indeed did happen and the delivery arrived at the time stated this morning.  The delivery driver was most pleasant, carried the order into my house and gave me the opportunity to check the contents before leaving.

I consider this to have been an excellent delivery service.

Hi Mike,

            sorry it has taken a while to reply to you, I wanted to write a short feedback on the service provided by your company

we were frantically looking around for a dining room table and chairs for christmas, a friend was looking on line for me and came across your website.

As i had never shopped online before for a large article was quite dubious, however because not only did your website have a contact number, but when i called got straight through to yourself the director.

I can only say it is the best service, and I got the exact table I wanted, and also a promise it would be delivered for christmas, and it was.

The reassurance for me was also that yourselves and the delivery people kept in contact throughout.

I really would like to honour this company for their integrity and how they do business, not often seen or experienced today.

Thanks for your personal 'attention to detail' when I recently purchased a bedroom suite.  I am delighted with the quality of goods which were beautifully packaged for the transportation, ensuring it came in perfect condition.

We often feel 'discriminated against' when shopping on the internet as carriage is to 'British Mainland only'. The cost of delivering the goods to Britains most northern group of islands was almost a stumbling block to my decision to purchase.  However BMH rose to the challenge, and with their persistence, and my local knowlwdge, together we found a local transporter willing to to the delivery at a reasonable charge.
